Tago, Iwata & Tamura Law Office, a joint office, has been established in January 2011 as it welcomed Mr. Iwata (attorney at law) and Mr. Tamura (attorney at law), due to the extension of business of its predecessor, Tago Law Office.
Akira Tago, attorney at law, has been practicing many cases that deals with the areas of the law of real estate in general, the law of intellectual property, and immigration and migration matters.
Mitsuhiro Iwata, attorney at law, has been practicing many cases that deal with architectural conflicts and cases that deal with real estate. He has also been actively involved in settling cases that deal with the franchise, software, and judicial affairs of enterprises.
YuichiroTamura, attorney at law, has worked for the section of settling conflicts at one of the major law offices in Japan and experienced working at a law office in the United States, practicing mainly the area of judicial affairs of enterprises.
By concentrating the business experiences that each attorney accumulated at different law offices, we are able to realize more synthetic legal services.
At this law office, we actively collaborate and cooperate with external attorneys, licensed tax accountants, and judicial scriveners to cover many fields from judicial affairs of enterprises to general family affairs. Even though we are planning to increase personnel in order to expand the fields of business and to be able to provide more synthetic legal services, we intend to correspond to each client, from an individual to a major enterprise. |
