　Fees/Remuneration

* Below is the estimation of fees based on the Bar Association’s standard fees. Since there are cases in which the fees/remunerations vary based on the client’s size (individual or enterprise) or each case, we estimate the fees/remunerations after your consultation in principle at this office.

General civil, commerce, and family cases
First consultation and the Estimation of fees	Free in principle. (consultation time: approximately 30minutes)
Preparing a simple legal document (preparation of agreement and contents-certified mail)	52,500JPY or above/one copy
Researching and judging a legal document (agreement)	52,500JPY or above/one copy
Contracting, negotiating for a private settlement as a client’s representative	・Deposit： Deposit: 105,000JPY or above ・Remuneration：10-15% of the client’s economic profit (i.e. If the client received 1 million JPY of compensation as a result of negotiation, we will request you to pay 100,000-150,000 JPY.)
Lawsuits, preservations, executions, and civil conciliation as a client’s representative	・Deposit：3-10% of claiming amount (i.e. If you would like to institute a lawsuit that claims 10 million JPY of payment, it would be around 300,000-1,000,000 JPY.) ・Remuneration：10-15% of the client’s economic profit (i.e. If the client attains a judgment that orders the opponent to pay 10 million JPY, it would be around 1,000,000-1,500,000 JPY.)
Conflicts of real estate
Preparing a legal document (cancellation, invoice to increase/decrease the rent fee, etc)	52,500 JPY or above/one copy
Negotiating for renting agreement, vacating a room, as a client’s representative	・Deposit：1-5% of the price of real estate concerned ・Remuneration： please ask
Instituting a lawsuit of vacating a room, conciliation on increasing/decreasing rent fee	・Deposit：1-15 % of the price of real estate concerned ・Remuneration： please ask
Applying for trademark, stating a judgment
Investigating trademark (including the investigation on the existence of trademark, extracting the most proper merchandise)	52,500 JPY or above /one trademark
Applying for trademark as a representative	105,000 JPY or above/one trademark
Raising an objection, judgment on cancellation, or instituting a lawsuit	・Deposit：315,000 JPY or above ・Remuneration： please ask
